To put off doing something due to laziness or whatever reason is common problem. May be task is unexciting or uninteresting. It is a common habit among students and employers. In this article you will be guided through different types of procrastinations and provided fix for each type. It is easy to overcome any habit when you know the mechanics of the problem. Procrastination is a time killer. You are indulging in various useless activities like watching serials and playing games without any time constraints.

Perfectionist: find it difficult to begin specific task
Be realistic and go for real things. You can’t master each and everything in over night.it takes time to master a subject or even playing games. Start small and improve gradually with time. Slow and steady wins the race. Start working today and after 5 years you will authority of your subject.
Dreamer: abstract thoughts are easy and more enjoyable than the real-life tasks
Day dreaming about your goal is good and recommended. But dreaming unrealistic is very bad and time wasting. Dreaming about realistic goal is a good habit. Set your realistic goal. Always work on your goals and don’t drift from your goals.
Crisis maker: would love to work under pressure
Working like a fire brigade is very bad and it make you feel good. Completing your work after deadlines or near deadline is not a good habit. Do you love adrenaline rush? Go for games and challenging sports. Playing games will help you with adrenaline rush or doing hard sport and exercise.
Defier: unfair or unnecessary use of my time. Prefer to maintain individuality
Do you want to be prominent in crowd? Do you want to maintain individuality in crowd? Yes, you should spend time making yourself individual from crowd. But you need money to for expanses and need exercise for your healthy body. Always spend some quality time on exercising and other important tasks.
Over-Doer: difficult to prioritize
It is difficult to prioritize you goals.it is not a one day task. Take your time think over it. You can’t do each and everything. Test and gauge your goals. Ask yourself a question “Is it worth spending 2 hours of my life daily on this task”. Is this task important for me?
Worrier:  stay in comfort zone
Do want to go for exercise? Break your comfort zone slowly and gradually. Nothing will hurt you. First step is always difficult for majority of the people. Always challenge yourself to go out of your comfort zone. Comfort zone is limitation imposed upon you by your brain. It is easy to break the habit of staying in your comfort zone.
